On the Track with SOCO

​SOCO was honored to sponsor the young Go-Kart pilot Michał Bartoszuk at the ROK CUP Winter Trophy, a two-day event held in Lonato, Italy. Michał, from Poland, raced for the KGT Motorsport team in the Senior ROK category, with other 30 competitors. 

SOCO is a manufacturer of CNC Tube Benders and Tube Laser Cutting machines that are optimal for processing high-strength metals that are utilized in Go-Kart frames and Automotive Parts.

As racing Go-Karts are high-performance vehicles, they are as lightweight as possible. The frames provide high amounts of structural integrity throughout the entire frame for maximum safety even at high speeds and impact. These tubular parts are generally made from steel alloys (steel with strengthening agents such as chromium and molybdenum), which ensures high yield strength, tensile strength, and hardness.  High-strength materials are also largely used in EV and Hybrid vehicles.  Powerful, efficient, and accurate tube processing systems are now a standard in factories, especially for automakers.
